 Bouncing Ball is a special place. I was very nervous putting my son in someone else's care for the first time and Miss Julie was warm and accommodating from the very beginning. She made it very easy for me to relax and trust that he would be ok. Miss Lesley (my son's favorite) we will miss dearly. The relationship she had with my son was very special and I believe she made his school days easier. These 2 teachers were able to recount all the little details of the day at pickup time which I always found incredible considering how many kids are under their care. They are like leaving your kids with family. I wish I had started my son in the school a lot sooner. They will be greatly missed.

 We moved from Toronto to Barrie last summer and wanted to put our eldest daughter in a nursery school. As I was going to be a stay at home mom, I wanted one where I could be involved and be in the classroom with her. Not knowing the area or many people, I found Bouncing Ball on the internet and took a chance enrolling her. I am so happy that we did. Our daughter flourished in school, learning not only things like the days of the week, different songs and different arts and crafts skills, but perhaps more importantly social skills - how to interact with other children, how to take turns, how to participate in the classroom and follow the rules and how to share! I loved that she also went on different school trips - the zoo, apple picking, the pumpkin patch - and did things in the classroom such as a mother's day tea and a Halloween party. While she enjoyed going to school every day, she especially cherished the special days. We all know that your children are not going to be little for very long which made my duty days in the class all that more important. I got to see my daughter in action and got to see how she progressed throughout the year. While I will shed a little tear when she heads off to kindergarten, I know that Bouncing Ball has prepared her for "big girl" school and that she is ready. I can not recommend Bouncing Ball and the teachers highly enough. It will be a wonderful experience for you and your child.

 My son was very excited on his first day at Bouncing Ball and did not want to leave, he had made new friends to play with, enjoyed the arts and crafts and loved learning new things! Thank-you for giving me peace of mind knowing he was in a safe and caring environment. Being away from my son for a few hours really gave him a new found sense of independence. This program is a great stepping stone to ready any child for JK.

 Our three children went to Bouncing Ball for two years each (we have twins), and they loved it. They played and learned and met many new friends, and were always excited for "nursery school days". My husband and I were both able to volunteer as duty parents, which was a great way for us to see our children in action in the classroom. Our kids loved the teachers, who were fantastic, and all of us were sad when our time with Bouncing Ball was over.

 Sending our daughter to bouncing ball was one of the best decisions we have made! As a stay at home mom i knew we had to get her into a social and structured learning environment before starting kindergarten, especially since sophie has always been a bit shy and nervous of being separated from us. Bouncing Ball was the perfect place for us. It is such a warm and happy place for little ones, and also very open to communication with parents. My daughter came completely out of her shell and is now more confident in all aspects of life. As a mom i got to see her grow and develop. I loved going in to help on my duty days to see how she interacted with the teachers and other little ones.  Bouncing Ball school transformed my shy little man into a confident, independent little boy ready for JK. When my son started preschool they said he was the quietest child in the class. Who would have thought that my happy little fellow was shy in a group setting? The teachers took it upon themselves to work with different techniques to try and bring him out of his shell.  Our experience with Bouncing Ball Cooperative Nursery School has been very positive and rewarding. My 2 boys attended the afternoon program, which they both really enjoyed. The class room routine and setting helped prepare them for kindergarten, it helped them adjust to being with out mom and dad, they learned to make lots of new friend, try new things and develop both creatively and intellectually. The teachers are what make this school so special and unique, they have created a program that is fun, informative and positive. This school is truly a wonderful start to any child's education!

There is a variety of play/ learning opportunities with both indoor and outdoor areas. Both duty and non-duty options are available for parents with flexibility in scheduling. We would highly recommend this school for your preschooler!

 We love Ms. Julie and have referred many kiddos to BBNS because of her!! So happy Ms. Chantell is at BBNS as well. They compliment each other as teachers and really helped my two sons with the transition from home to nursery school and prepared them for junior kindergarten.
